The galleries at Yaffe & Ruden feature four different gallery walls. Every month a new exhibition opens, usually featuring the work of someone related to, often part of the practice. An opening night party is held on Thursday nights, from 7p.m. to 9p.m. Friends of the artist, as well as friends of the practice are invited.

Our goal is to have an office environment that is friendly and non-threatening. We recognize the anxiety that accompanies a visit to the doctor, and feel that art softens the experience. In addition, we encourage our gallery viewers to interact with the art.  

We are proud to have many creative patients, a number of whom work professionally in the arts but have not yet exhibited. Examples include art directors who paint, commercial photographers, illustrators, and designers. Each gallery remains up for 4 months, and patients and friends are free to come by during office hours and view the work. The work is for sale contact Suzan Roth at CheckIn. Checks are to be made out directly to the artist.

We plan to have one wall featuring photography, another illustration, and the other two walls painting, watercolor, etc. As many of our patients are collectors, art directors, curators, gallery owners, museum administrators, and professional art critics, it is very exciting to see the interactions in this setting. We are trying to make it very easy for people to make connections. Already blocks of work have been purchased, job opportunities have arisen, and artists have been contacted for further work.
